Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Capital project lifecycle management (from planning and design through construction and operations)
- Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM)
- Industry best practices and integrated project delivery systems
- Digital transformation in construction, including Building Information Modeling (BIM), data acquisition, analytics, and AI.

Minimum Experience / Education:
UNC Charlotte gives primary consideration to the earned masters and/or terminal degree in the teaching discipline or a related discipline.
Preferred Education Skills and Experience:
The preferred candidate will have demonstrated excellence in teaching, preferably at the university level. Ten or more years of diverse professional experience spanning industrial, commercial, and/or heavy civil sectors.
