The anticipated hiring range for this role is $90,000 - $95,000 per year.

Overview:
The Drucker Institute invites applications for a full-time, 12-month Research Assistant Professor position, with a potential extension of up to 24 months based on performance and funding. The role focuses exclusively on researchâ”no teaching or service required.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Drucker Institute's Innovation team to enhance the Corporate Effectiveness Rankings, combining rigorous research with social impact. Responsibilities include attending on-campus meetings, collaborating on research projects, and participating in seminars. Optional teaching opportunities may be available for additional pay.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hybrid work schedule (up to 3 days remote per week)

• Full-time (37.5 hrs/week)

Eligibility & Qualifications:
Candidates must:

• Have a PhD by July 1, 2026

• Have a background in Organizational Behavior, Strategy, Economics, or related fields

Demonstrate expertise in quantitative methods and one or more of these areas:

• Social responsibility

• Financial strength
