Position Summary:

• Responsible for maintaining a presence at the front desk, answering visitor and student questions, and providing a buffer between students and faculty.
• Provides general clerical support to faculty and staff including filing, copying, and answering and forwarding calls.
• Assists with departmental projects, preparing and disseminating documents, materials, and communications.
• Provides research project support, including data entry, database maintenance, and other research related assignments.
• Assists staff with coordination of department events, including decoration and setup, registration support, dissemination of materials and clean up.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Must be a current active Rutgers University Student or Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences. 
• Prospective candidate must have completed an Associate's Degree or at least two years of college and actively pursuing a college or graduate degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, other.
