Data AnalystAbout the OpportunityWorking with Christine Lary's group in her lab at the Roux Institute, this position will involve the use of advanced methods in data science and epidemiology, including machine learning methods. Molecular epidemiological analyses will include genome-wide association studies (GWAS), functional data analyses such as RNA-seq, multiomic integration, and pathway and network analyses. Epidemiological approaches will include pharmacoepidemiology, causal inference, and Mendelian Randomization.
