Job Purposes::
The manager of enrollment management operations and planning is responsible for supporting the University's strategic enrollment planning initiatives as directed by the vice president. The position provides day-to-day support for the operations of the division, project management support for the Enrollment Management leadership team, and high-level administrative functions for the vice president.
The manager has oversight of multiple projects to support the work of the division and collaborates with internal and external constituents in support of enrollment and student success initiatives. The position manages strategic enrollment initiatives on behalf of the leadership team to develop plans and ensure deliverables and milestones are met. The manager, in collaboration with the Office of Institutional Research and Effectives, conducts necessary research and analyzes data to support recommendations and decision-making. The role provides research, communications, reports, analysis, data collection and high-level creative support for presentations to support the University's enrollment goals and plans.
The manager ensures divisional personnel matters and staff development are aligned with institutional policies and priorities and industry best practices, will develop and implement divisional strategies surrounding the search process, new employee onboarding, and professional development plans.
Required Qualifications::
· Bachelor's degree
. Demonstrated experience with coordinating and managing high priority projects including experience earned through internships or student employment.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Internet-based collaboration tools
· Must be detail-oriented and organized

· Ability to think and act independently and work to aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to create and sustain a professional and collaborative work environment
Preferred Qualifications::
· Master's degree
· Bachelor's degree in communication, business, or related field and/or experience in the enrollment management/student success field
· Proficiency in data analysis and visualization
Essential Functions and percent of time::
Project Management (35%)
· Manage and oversee the communication and assessment of divisional goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures for the Division of Enrollment Management which are critical to student recruitment and retention efforts.
· Direct administrative and other initiatives related to the recruitment and retention operations of the university, as well as special projects and programs initiated by the division's leadership team.
· Support the Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness to assess and report on the impact of divisional and institutional strategic enrollment and student success efforts.
· Provide outcomes and monitor progress of strategic goals and priorities.
