General Description:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Constituent Engagement, the Associate Director of Constituent Engagement for Regional Programs will work collaboratively, inter-departmentally and with volunteer stakeholders to build a sustainable alumni regional engagement program for alumni. This person will also focus on engagement of greek-letter alumni and parent engagement.

Education & Experience:
· Bachelor's Degree and at least three to five years of experience working with volunteers or parents, preferably in an advancement setting.
· Experience working in a scientific or technological field and/or a strong working knowledge of science, technology and related issues a plus.
· Experience working with parent programs and Greek-letter organizations are desired
Knowledge & Skills:
· Demonstrated and proven experience in volunteer leadership engagement and management.
· Demonstrated ability to think and work strategically.
· Committed to seeking continuous improvement and innovative solutions, along with the proven ability to develop, implement, and enhance programs and/or systems.
· Creativity is desired.
· Demonstrated high regard for teamwork, and collaboration.
· Must be able to prioritize independently and possess strong planning and project management skills.
· Experience with relationship management and relationship management systems.
