Summary of Essential Job Duties:

• The purpose of this position is to execute grant-funded research on alcohol and other health-related behavioral and psychosocial domains with high-risk drinking populations. This position will specifically assist in the current grant projects related to Parent Based and Gamified Personalized Normative Feedback interventions for college student drinking.

Educational Requirements:

• Typically a Master's Candidate or Master's Degree in Psychology or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. PhD Candidate or PhD preferred. Incumbent will be expected to continue upgrading knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to keep abreast of regulation/policy changes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years research experience with a strong understanding and verifiable application of research methodology and data analysis.
• Familiarity and experience using online survey software (e.g., Qualtrics) encouraged.
• Demonstrated computer competency and familiarity with SPSS, Excel and Access programs. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• General knowledge of intervention strategies for alcohol use encouraged.
• Significant opportunities for publications.
