The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Operations Improvement and Transformation reports to the AVP of Supply Chain and leads process improvement across Supply Chain Management through systems optimization, technology enablement, and data-driven reporting. The role partners across SCM and DFCI to identify opportunities, solve complex operational challenges, and drive adoption of improved workflows. They develop and execute roadmaps, timelines, and supporting materials, working with Institute teams using the Workday platform to implement solutions that align people, process, and technology.
