Job Summary

Provides clerical support for a program, department, or division.

Job Duties:

• Performs general clerical duties such as typing, filing, copying, completing forms, distributing mail, etc.
• Answers telephone and serves as receptionist.
• Orders departmental supplies.
• Performs budget duties such as preparing requisitions, travel vouchers, etc.
• Maintains departmental schedules.
• Organizes and updates program information.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED and two years related work experience, or equivalent.
• Flexibility, positivity, and the ability to maintain calm under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks with high level of accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and think critically.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills and outstanding customer service and hospitality skills.
