Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Human Resources required.
- Previous full-cycle recruitment experience required (sourcing through onboarding).
- Demonstrated experience in investigating and resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Knowledge of local, state and federal employment law and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM-CP/SCP, or PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse work environment.
- Show initiative and work independently with little supervision.
- Maintain composure intense work environment related to meeting deadlines, conflict resolution, dealing with potential volatile situations.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Human Resources areas such as benefits, compensation administration, talent acquisition, employee relations, HRIS, and training.
- Exceptional computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and database).
- Attention to details, accuracy and precision.

- Ability to lead/teach and mentor others.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to show initiative; organize workflow; manage one or more projects; and handle frequent interruptions.
