The Vice President of Administrative Services is responsible for cross-functional collaboration in providing strategic leadership for administrative services as well as providing project leadership to and on behalf of the President. Reporting to the President, this position collaborates with college leadership on short- and long-term institutional planning and provides information and research to support decision-making. The Vice President provides executive-level leadership giving direction to support the college’s mission and goals including the leadership and strategic direction for the College’s Administrative Services. This position directly supervises the Chief Financial Officer, Director of Facilities and Recreational Services, and Director of Information Technology. The ideal candidate will bring senior financial and operations management experience in a higher education institution or relevant experience elsewhere at an organization of comparable scope, scale, and complexity.

Required Education/Experience • Master’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience and credentials. • Increasingly responsible experience in developing and executing both short-term and long-term strategy, initiatives, business operations, and planning through data-informed decisions. • Understanding of acceptable budget, investment, and financial strategies and principles; knowledge of financial rules, regulations, laws, and procedures. • Strong leadership abilities and a track record of successfully leading teams and departments. • Commitment to the mission of the comprehensive community college. • Appreciation for the academic environment and issues facing higher education.

Compensation Salary range $104,233 – $132,130 commensurate with skills/experience
