| Wartburg College Title of Position-Visit Relations Coordinator Function of Position: This full-time, on-campus position is responsible to the Executive Director of Admissions for coordinating, managing, and executing high-quality visit experiences for prospective students and their families. This role works closely with internal stakeholders – including faculty, athletics, and music – to ensure personalized and engaging interactions.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills. Must be self-motivated, have the ability to plan and organize multiple projects, have enthusiasm, energy, and creativity.
- Prefer experience in admissions, hospitality, or event coordination and proficiency with CRM management, or marketing/public relations.
