Overview:

Ursinus College invites applications for part-time lab instructors in the Biology Department for the fall semester (August 28, 2023 to December 8, 2023).  

Ursinus College is a highly selective, independent, co-educational, residential liberal arts college of approximately 1500 students located about 25 miles northwest of center city Philadelphia. With a diverse community of students, it is an expectation of all faculty to contribute to the inclusion, engagement, and success of all students.

Responsibilities:

Positions are available to teach two three-hour sections of Ecology and Evolution laboratory (BIO-101L: one Tuesday afternoon section and one Thursday afternoon section) and two three-hour sections of Genetics laboratory (BIO-201L: one Thursday morning section and one Thursday afternoon section). 

Requirements and Qualifications:

Minimum of a Master’s degree is required, and preference will be given to candidates who have experience in college teaching.
