This position is responsible for advancing summer programming, new K-12 partnerships Post-Secondary Education and the Power of You programs. In collaboration with academic deans and department chairs, Director of College Partnerships will develop secondary-postsecondary College and Career pathways. Additionally, this position supervises staff and manages spending of all K-12 related partnership grants. This position provides college-wide vision and leadership for expanding all of SPC's high school partnership programs, while supervising and leading a team of staff and coordinators to increase enrollment and matriculation in SPC's programs. This position also plays a critical role in SPC's outreach to high schools to increase access and opportunities for diverse populations traditionally underserved by higher education. This position works directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds and fully supports the College's commitment to equity and inclusion.
Provide vision, leadership, and oversight of the College's K-12 partnership and Power of YOU programs. Develop credit projections and a strategic plan for achieving overall program goals. This position exists to identify barriers and problems that affect high school partnership programming, and to find solutions and create change in processes and policies that will directly positively affect SPC enrollment and reputation. Lead a team of staff and coordinators to work in collaboration with college, university, and high school partners, and internal college department to create programming and events to increase awareness of and enrollment and matriculation in SPC's programs.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution;
Three (3) years of experience with grant programs, partnership programs, or K-12 programming
Two (2) years of supervisory/coaching/lead direction/leadership or management experience, with skills in exercising initiative and resourcefulness;
Demonstrated experience developing community partnerships and proven ability to provide strategic oversight of partnerships;
Demonstrated experience leading and implementing successful continuous improvement initiatives;
Demonstrated budget management experience;
Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations.
Master's Degree from an accredited institution;
Knowledge of PSEO, concurrent enrollment, and dual credit programs;
Experience with the development of traditional and non-traditional K-12 partnership programs;
Experience with grant writing;
Experience with administering union contracts;
Experience with NACEP accreditation criteria;
Experience with managing grants.
