Under limited supervision, this position provides welding instruction and non-credit program oversight. Some classroom instruction is required. Training outcome checklist is provided.
Must be at least 21 years old;
Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent; and
Prior Welding experience
Strong interpersonal relations skills and the ability to provide guidance in the shop.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Computer skills sufficient to conduct timesheet and basic student data entry.
Bilingual/Multilingual fluency in Spanish or other languages that reflect our student body, workforce, and communities.
Demonstrated experience working with a multicultural and underserved populations.
