Required:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• RN licensure in good standing in MA
• Experience in clinical nursing and/or research
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with participants
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adhere to research protocols
• Willingness to travel to data collection sites as required
• Completion of CITI training
• Basic proficiency in research tools (e.g., surveys, interview guides, Microsoft Excel)
• Prior experience in data collection, research, or healthcare education
• Familiarity with ethical research guidelines and HIPAA compliance
Preferred
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
• Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone
• Work requires the ability to travel by car
