The Strategic Initiatives Coordinator supports the Dean of Institutional Effectiveness and Online College with institutional effectiveness and strategic planning efforts, including developing and implementing LCC's Online College. As part of this work, the Strategic Initiatives Coordinator works alongside the Dean of Institutional Effectiveness and Online College and the Director of Online Learning and Faculty Development to ensure policy compliance, assess student performance and experience, and develop and implement continuous improvement plans that move the College's strategic priorities forward.

The duties of the Strategic Initiatives Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

• Assist the Dean of Institutional Effectiveness and Online College and the Director of Online Learning and Faculty Development with the interpretation, implementation, and ongoing assessment of various policies and regulations
• Manage the College's professional licensure disclosure process, ensuring compliance with state authorization reciprocity agreements and the accuracy of college communications
• Assist the Dean of Institutional Effectiveness and Online College and the Director of Online Learning and Faculty Development in developing initiatives that improve the experience of distance education prospects and online students and expand the College's online offerings
• Collaborate with the Dean of Institutional Effectiveness and Online College and faculty members to optimize the College's Element451 implementation, streamline the prospect-to-student pipeline, and enhance the applicant experience
• Assist in strategic planning by supporting the development and implementation of various strategic initiatives
• Conduct analyses related to college performance and student success and suggest associated plans for continual improvement
• Assist the Dean of Institutional Effectiveness and Online College with various research projects and special assignments, including efforts to integrate labor market reports and workforce development plans into the College's program review processes
• Support the implementation and assessment of the institution's Quality Enhancement Plan
• Assist the Dean of Institutional Effectiveness and Online College with institutional planning and effectiveness initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and managing data related to institutional effectiveness and preparing accessible, technically sound reports and presentations

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in higher education, educational leadership, assessment and evaluation, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution
• Previous experience in project management and/or data analysis is preferred; experience in a higher education setting is an advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Demonstrated computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
