Instructor of Mathematics for 2023-24 academic year. This is a non-renewable contract.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
An earned Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or similar field
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, or similar field. A commitment to teaching excellence with prior successful teaching at the post-secondary level.
DUTIES:
The successful candidate will be expected to develop and teach 15 credits of general mathematics or statistics courses per semester. They will demonstrate a commitment to inclusive and culturally responsive pedagogy. They will work with the department to make sure it is a vibrant part of the university life.
