Priority Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients/clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception process.
- Answer phones, screen calls, and direct patients/clients to appropriate staff or services.
- Handle appointment scheduling for SHS through PyraMED and for SCS through Titanium (email, phone and in-person).
- Send appointment reminders and ensure paperwork is completed in advance of the first appointment.
- Communicate regularly with the Office Manager regarding work flow issues.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and coordinate improvements in office efficiency, including forms, protocol, procedures.
- Manage inquiries and provide information about Health Center services and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Other duties as assigned or as necessary.
