Summary of Position
The Assistant Dean for Global Education will lead and provide vision for all aspects of the Global Education program, including ongoing curation of the study away program portfolio and coordination of and logistical support for faculty-led global learning seminars and international internships. They will also be responsible for publicizing domestic and international study away opportunities and advising students on all aspects of the study away process.

Allegheny College recognizes the enormous academic, professional, and personal value of studying off-campus, either nationally or internationally. We sponsor short-term, semester, and year-long programs for students of all majors. Students routinely earn credit towards major and minor requirements while away. Some programs require skills in languages other than English but 60% of our programs have no language requirements. Most financial aid awards travel.

YOUR COMPENSATION
New hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role.
The expected minimum starting salary range for this position is $72,000.
