Under the direct supervision of the PI, this job entails processing human tissue samples and performing molecular and cell biologic techniques to study lung inflammation and remodeling to support grants in the laboratories of Prescott Woodruff and Nirav Bhakta. Specific techniques employed will include RNA preparation, PCR, ELISA, microscopy, cell culture and could potentially include studies with mice. Training will be provided.
