Pharmacy Intern - Medication Safety
Scope of PositionPerforms routine tasks of event review and assigned project work under the direction of a medication safety pharmacist. Collaborate with the pharmacy and non-pharmacy staff members to complete assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner. Demonstrate the ability to work both as a member of a team and work individually. Interns must participate in continuing educational opportunities to meet the annual competency requirements and participate in training opportunities provided by department to develop ongoing skills in other areas of the pharmacy. Interns must comply with all rules and regulation of the hospital and pharmacy department and must have an Ohio Board of Pharmacy Intern license by day of hire.
