The Student Success and Retention Specialist for the School of Nursing (SON) will support nursing students (specifically pre and post licensure students) by providing targeted academic coaching, mentoring, and retention strategies to promote their success. Collaborating closely with program leadership and the Office of Student Success, this individual will identify students at risk, develop individualized success plans, and connect students to academic and support resources. The specialist will monitor student progress, facilitate/coordinate workshops on study skills, time management, and foster a supportive learning environment to enhance retention and program completion rates.
