Bartender, Catering
Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, a world-renowned scientific research facility on Long Island’s North Shore is seeking a Catering Bartender for our Culinary Services team. The Catering Bartender will prepare and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages to employees and individuals attending meetings, courses, and special events on the campus. Position Responsibilities: - Supervise and perform service at the bar and events- Preparing and serving beverages- Provide support to the Bar Manager which involves; clientele feedback and productinventory- Monitor alcohol consumption to control over-indulgence; exercise necessary action toavoid over-consumption- Responsible for closing service and insuring all receipts are secure
