The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing the reception area in the College of Nursing's Heminger Hall and providing excellent customer service to all visitors by greeting guests, answering and triaging calls, and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. Provides administrative support to the administration and Office of Student Affairs and Success, including tasks such as travel arrangements, special assignments, and projects.
