Job DescriptionAnoka-Ramsey Community College is seeking one (1) unlimited, full-time Philosophy faculty member. The primary responsibilities include teaching a variety of Philosophy courses and potentially some Humanities courses. The position will include online and in-person instructional responsibilities. Participation and leadership in discipline, division, campus, and college matters through service on committees is expected. Continual professional development is expected. The Philosophy/Humanities department values collegiality and collaboration as part of its commitment to teaching and learning and seeks candidates with strong interpersonal skills. The primary teaching responsibilities for these positions will be at the Cambridge campus with some teaching at the Rapids Campus.Salary Range:$51,303-$94,542Minimum QualificationsMaster's degree with a major in philosophy orMaster's degree in any discipline/field with a minimum of 18 graduate semester credits (27 graduate quarter credits) in philosophy.Preferred QualificationExpertise in the discipline of PhilosophyExperience teaching a variety of philosophy classes both seated and online.
