Registered Nurse Hemophilia Treatment Center
This position is a limited appointment. The RN in the Adult Hemophilia Treatment Center is responsible for providing direct and indirect clinical care to adult outpatients who have a variety of inherited bleeding disorders. Care is provided through the systematic application of the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. All components of this process are individualized to meet the physiological, psychosocial, and developmental needs of the patients. The RN performs ongoing assessments and modifies the care planning process as needed, to ensure continuity of care between inpatient, outpatient, homecare, home, and multiple providers.
