Ambulatory Outreach Coordinator
The Administrative Coordinator will be oversee a number of operational functions in support of the Interventional Cardiology Labs (Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology). This role will be the primary liaison between UCSF West Bay and UCSF Stanyan Hospital with a primary focus on Interventional Cardiology procedures. This role will be responsible for the coordination and scheduling of outpatient interventional cardiovascular procedures at UCSF St. Mary's Hospital; ensuring appropriate authorization has been obtained and documented; communicating with referring and performing providers, patients, and other UCSF peers or administrative teams; daily review of outpatient and any inpatient requests; maintaining a collaborative effort with the UCSF revenue management team
