Job Description: Position SummaryThe Director of Equipment and Facilities is responsible for the comprehensive leadership, planning, and management of all athletic equipment and facility operations within the Department of Athletics. This position oversees the procurement, maintenance, and distribution of athletic equipment, as well as the maintenance, scheduling, and operational readiness of athletic facilities. The Director ensures that all athletic programs are properly equipped, facilities are safe and functional, and events are executed efficiently. The position provides strategic oversight of budgets, staff supervision, vendor relationships, and compliance with institutional and NCAA standards.
