The purpose of this class is to ensure that visitors to various departments at CCBC are greeted, directed appropriately and that all are aware of acceptable behavior policies.
High School diploma /GED.
Positions are located on the Essex, Dundalk, and Catonsville campuses. This is a Part Time position, 19.5 hours per week.
Shifts available:
Monday & Tuesdays 8:30am - 1:00pm/ 1:00pm - 5:00pm
Wednesday & Thursdays 8:30am - 2:00pm/ 2:00pm - 7:00pm
Fridays - 8:30am - 12:30pm/ 12:30pm - 4:30pm
Saturdays - 10:00am - 2:00pm
1. Scheduling student appointments and maintaining the appointment schedule.
2. Greet and direct visitors to appropriate area(s) and answer telephone as applicable.
3. Organize student files and folders.
4. Collect and input student data.
