The Testing and Advising Center Assistant position is Open Until Filled so that we can find the ideal candidate for our amazing team.

As a Part-Time Classified Testing and Advising Center Assistant, you will support the operations of the UCC Testing Center, ensuring a secure and supportive testing environment for students and partners. This role includes exam proctoring, test coordination, and advising support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high standard of customer service and a calm, helpful presence, especially when working with students under stress.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher OR a combination of college coursework and relevant work experience.
• Must not be a currently enrolled student at any institution and must have been unenrolled for at least six months.
• Demonstrated experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong proficiency with computers and related technology.

• Experience working with culturally diverse and non-traditional student populations.
• Familiarity with student record systems and data tracking tools.
