Position Purpose:
Directly supervise part-time graduate assistant staff that will be leading residential communities. Develop and support the educational and community environment in the residential communities through program/curriculum development, training, civic engagement, and conflict resolution.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Counseling, College Student Personnel or related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Two years professional experience in University Housing or Student Affairs.
- Two years of supervisory experience.
- The position requires the selected candidate to live on-campus in a staff apartment.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to the University by the University's insurance carrier.
Desired Qualifications:
- Residential curriculum development and assessment.
- Experience with student conduct and case management.
- Experience leading student organizations.
- Experience with large scale programming.
