Position Overview

The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy seeks a semester lecturer (associated track) to teach Pharmacy courses in graduate/undergraduate classes in Autumn 2025, as assigned. Responsible for facilitation of in-class learning activities, assessments (i.e., quizzes, exams, and homework if applicable), offering of weekly office hours, oversight of teaching assistant(s) (if assigned), submission of grades, and resolution of any ongoing student or course issues.

Education and Experience Requirements

Required Qualifications: Doctoral degree or equivalent; prior experience with teaching asynchronous online pharmaceutical sciences coursework at the undergraduate level.

Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with and prior experience teaching healthcare advocacy.

The Division of Pharmacy Education and Innovation aims to advance the pharmacy profession through innovative, multidisciplinary courses and programs across all levels of learning from undergraduate and professional degrees to public education. Drawing influence from groundbreaking research and practice advancement, faculty will promote and embody evidence-based teaching and pedagogical discovery within the College of Pharmacy, the broader university and the pharmacy education community.
