Bachelor's degree required.  Two (2) years of experience working in a secondary or higher education setting. Experience directly working with students to help them transition into a college setting is preferred.

1. Advise students on educational planning to achieve their academic and career goals, co-creating an initial educational plan.
2. Monitor and track student records and files, including documentation of individual student progress based on an evaluation of records. 
3. Participate in and prepare students for New Student Orientation. 
4. Stay abreast of college academic, workforce, and transfer policies and procedures.
5. Maintain compliance with the college's mandatory cybersecurity training and related criteria to engage with students virtually.
6. Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance expertise in best practices.
7. Serve on department and/or other committees.
8. Provide service to students on evenings, weekends and virtual services.
