Job Description:
Major Responsibilities:
-Teaches anatomy courses offered to students enrolled in the Master of Science in Medicine degree program.
-Anatomy lab maintenance and cadaver care.
-Cadaver dissection.
-Schedule and participate in annual testing conducted by the Environmental Health and Safety Office.
-Hiring/training/supervision of anatomy graduate assistant.
-Bone/Model maintenance and repair.
-Serve as advisor to assigned graduate students.
-Assist in the admissions process, application review, interviewing and committee decisions.
-Service to the Department, University, College, Profession and the Community.
-Contributing to an interdisciplinary environment and community collaborations.
Short Job Description:
-Earned Masters degree or higher in anatomy from an accredited institution.
-Demonstrated teaching proficiency in higher education – minimum of five years focus on clinical anatomy
