The Project Manager will be responsible for leading complex multi-disciplinary projects to deliver solutions that achieve the stated business objectives outlined in the project charter. This position will have overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. The project manager will provide day-to-day direction to a cross-functional project team and regular project status updates to EM & AAF and ITS leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

Mid to late career with Master’s degree and 2-4 yrs experience; or Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 yrs experience; or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience with being a Technical PM Team lead.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and with ServiceNow.
• 7-10 years of experience in project management.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level academic affairs and enrollment management operations.
• Experience with project management methodology and frameworks.
• Experience with managing cross-functional teams that support enterprise-wide capabilities.
• Experience with receiving and analyzing information, formulating work plans, preparing written material, and articulating goals and action plans.
• Experience with managing multiple project streams.
• Experience influencing and inspiring people to work toward a common goal by exhibiting positive leadership qualities.
• Effective listening and communication skills across executive, mid-level management, and business area teams.
