Classroom Support Analyst
Provide analytical and technical assistance to the faculty and staff of UNCG in the use of information technology. Responsibilities and duties include the following:Independently troubleshoots and maintains AV equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, projectors, PCs, switching equipment, and intercom systems – 50% Install AV equipment primarily used in classroom and conference rooms located throughout campus.
