General Maintenance Worker
Job DescriptionThe purpose of this position is to provide a clean and safelearning and working environment for St. Cloud State University. This position is considered essential during natural and man-madedisasters and during inclement weather.⯠The employeewill report for duty as directed by their supervisor and is subject to recall during these types of events.The starting salary range for this position is $20.21-$25.05/hourly. Minimum QualificationsKnowledge of:Different types of flooring/floor coverings sufficient to determine proper methods of maintenance and appropriate cleaning methods.Chemical cleaning agents such as ammonia, bleach, scouring agents, and soaps; how to select the agent(s), handle and apply, and dispose of them safely.Methods, tools, and equipment used in maintenance
