Position Summary:

• Assists in the management of the daily operations of the Enrollment Services Offices to support the University processing operations ensuring the professional, efficient and compliant processing of student admissions applications, financial aid and registration records.
• Serves as a primary supervisor of the Information Specialists, ensuring student centered processing service is meeting the needs of all student populations.
• Monitors all incoming and outgoing federal applicant records a related report for data integrity; correct any data errors and expedite the processing of the data.
• Handles production of all University diplomas and works closely with the Office of Institutional Research and OIT on the production of all published institutional enrollment reports.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college plus four (4) years of experience in at least one area of Enrollment Services.
