Position Purpose:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Masters degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• 5 years in a Registrar's office in a college/university or health science center setting including 3 years of experience in a leadership position.
• The ability to manage complex records and information in the academic setting involving computer systems in support of the administrative and academic processes; strong management skills, good interpersonal skills and the ability to direct and motivate a staff in an academic service oriented office, excellent verbal/written communication skills; ability to work effectively with faculty, staff and students; ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks and projects; must be detailed oriented, good work ethic.
• Banner experience preferred.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree.
• Experience in Medical School Records and Registration.
