1. Develops and implements primary prevention, bystander intervention, and risk reduction strategies for sexual misconduct.   2. Works closely with freshman counselors, the masters Heads of residential colleges, college dean, SHARE, Yale Health, student organizations, and athletic teams.  3. Assists in hiring, training, and supervising the Communication and Consent Educators, a group of students focused on sexual misconduct prevention and education.  4. May perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skill/ability 1:  Knowledge of undergraduate residential life and the ability to relate to Yale College students.
