Job Duties include but are not limited:
- Developing and overseeing internal procedures, including space management, archiving of materials, and creating and maintaining meeting schedules for Center personnel.
- Identifying, analyzing, and improving operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure products or services meet the required standards.
- Developing and managing operational budgets, tracking expenses, and fiscal planning including maintaining a database of all NCEED accounts and preparation of monthly and annual budget reports.
- Ensuring that operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and policies.
- Overseeing the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
- Managing inventory levels and supplies, optimizing storage, and minimizing waste.
- Disseminating materials, notices and relevant communications to stakeholders.
- Supporting the work of research faculty in the implementation of research and outreach projects.
- Responding to school and community stakeholder inquiries about procedural and non-routine matters related to the NCEED Center.
- Managing logistical arrangements for outreach activities in schools and community settings.
- Holding office hours.
- Utilizing MSU?s internal organizational systems.
- Developing and implementing strategies for a positive culture that is high performing.
- Supervising the administrative assistant.
