This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all campus irrigation systems. It will work as part of a team to accomplish goals and objectives.
This is an essential position that will be called upon in the event of an emergency and/or university closure.
Duties may include:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance of systems, tools, equipment and vehicles related to campus irrigation
- Assist with locating irrigation lines, sprinkler heads and valves when Dig Line requests
- Coordinate with various trade groups and contractors as needed
- May train or supervise the work of others
- Other duties as assigned
