All that's missing is you! Fortunately, we have multiple open positions for a 12-month, full-time Administrative and Professional Staff position as an Assistant Director of Admissions reporting to the Director of Admissions in the College of Arts and Sciences (title may vary based on qualifications). In addition to recruiting students and evaluating admissions applications, you'll join a project team and take responsibility for a special project area that matches your skills and interests.

Where might your particular set of skills benefit our collective work? Project areas include access initiatives, social media and communications, Slate CRM management, mentoring student staff, and/or virtual and on-campus event planning. We wear many hats, which means there are many ways in which your skills might be a great match with our office.

Enthusiastically and effectively promote the value of an Oberlin education to prospective students, parents, and school counselors. Assist with the implementation of procedures and programs for attracting, evaluating, and matriculating students. Participate in educational events, college fairs, information sessions, and recruitment activities as a representative of the college.

This is an in-person position that will require in-office work. No accommodations will be made for a permanent remote position.

Within the range established for this position, salary and exact title will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and includes an excellent benefits package.
