What Will You Be Doing in This Role?

The Program Manager plans, organizes, directs, and manages all aspects of a mid to large scale recognized organizational program. Provides leadership, guidance, and direction for day-to-day program operations and administrative activities, including the authority to make independent decisions regarding program operations, administration, and governance. Leads and/or contributes to the short-term and long-term strategic planning, design, development and implementation of program objectives, processes and standards. May supervise staff as it relates to the overall management of the program. 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Education:

High School Diploma/GED Required

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Management, Business or related field preferred

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years Management, Program Management, Project Management or related experience required

Experience in identifying and addressing the needs of populations with diverse care needs, including, but not limited to, individuals with disabilities or communication barriers.

Experience leading cross-functional teams aimed at enhancing operational workflows and developing programs that promote high-quality and inclusive care delivery.

Experience with federal and/or state regulatory compliance within a healthcare setting preferred
