Job Description
The Coordinator of the Ohio Writing Project will collaborate with the Co-Directors to:
-
Create, track, monitor, and reconcile all financial records, budgets and payroll, including workshops, professional development, conferences, grants, university accounts, scholarships, donations, and independent contractors.

Maintain reporting for OWP programs such as workshops, professional development, grants, university accounts, donations.

Work with clients and vendors to manage invoices, contracts, and payments and maintain up-to-date files and reports.

Collaborate with Co-Directors to complete and submit proposals for credit workshops and oversee registration for workshops, including working closely and resolving issues with Miami offices such as the Graduate School, Global Initiatives, Registrar and Bursar.

Work with Co-Directors to collect, organize, and report key figures for annual NWP report as a NWP designated principal investigator.

Maintain OWP office organization, including supplies and communication and supervising student workers.

Assist Co-Director in managing Youth Writing Camp and community partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required: Associate degree plus 3 years of related work experience.
Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills congruent with a collaborative management style.
