Training Manager
Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced training professional to support the capacity building assistance needs of a wide range of social service providers for a county-wide initiative aimed at improving outcomes for Medi-Cal recipients, especially those with the most complex needs. Co-develops new provider community engagement trainings, and works on complex social service program integration support, for a diverse group of new and existing providers. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for delivering training sessions, presentations, and development programs.
