Rowan-Cabarrus Community College is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support all Health Programs. This role is essential in ensuring the efficiency of the program by providing administrative and clerical support to faculty, students, and external partners.

Key responsibilities in this role will include interacting and communicating with all health program faculty, prospective students ,currently enrolled students, other college departments, clinical affiliates, regulatory agencies and healthcare education vendors, assisting in the implementation of the health program admission process, and the maintenance of student records and files. Compliance with health agency requirements with prospective and currently enrolled students is critical to departmental success

Knowledge and experience with MyClinicalExchange and Complio are preferred, but not necessary.

• Associates Degree, and two (2) years of Clerical/administrative experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
