Required Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of finance policies, practices and systems
• Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
• Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
• Minimum 3 years' experience working in a role that provides administrative support to a leadership position
• Experience using Visio
• Experience in utilizing productivity applications, and ability to maintain, update and troubleshoot applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Demonstrated advanced computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to create and produce complex reports using computer programs such as Excel and Access
• Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
• Ability to analyze contract terms and conditions and effectively make clear and concise recommendations
• Ability to act independently to solve problems and develop recommendations for approval

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience supporting information services unit
• Knowledge of University and Medical Center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
• Finance or contract/legal background preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience and training
