Position Purpose:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in data science, computer science, information systems, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• A minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in reporting, analysis, information management, or related field
• Experience with relational databases and proficiency in SQL coding
• Arranging complex financial and constituent data sets; utilizing complex formulas, graphs, and table displays
• Experience with Evisions Argos, Power BI, or other data reporting/visualization tools
• Strong technological, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with others on a team
• Ability to partner with functional users, translate complex data into business performance measures or insights, and strong interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in data science, computer science, information systems, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Advanced experience in relational databases and data analytics
• Strong knowledge of Ellucian Banner or other Oracle environments
• Proficiency in Python and/or R
• Proven experience managing data projects and teams
• Previous experience in a complex non-profit or higher education
